BIBLE COLLEGE
At Sion Calvary Bible College and Sion International Bible College, our mission is to nurture, train, and equip a new generation of dynamic leaders dedicated to fulfilling the Vision. Sion Calvary Bible College offers regular training programs designed to enhance the skills of those already serving in ministry. Meanwhile, Sion International Bible College provides a residential educational experience focused on equipping young leaders for active participation in church planting initiatives through the National Pioneering Project.
CHURCH PLANTING
During the early part of this decade, approximately 60 pioneering pastors have successfully reached out to around 2500 villages. Building on this success, we are thrilled to announce our church planting project for the next decade, aiming to establish 3400 new churches. To achieve this ambitious goal, we have adopted a strategic approach of planting churches in a pattern that begins with 20 sensitizers. Each sensitiser will have a significant impact by reaching out to 5 villages within a year. The following year, this effort will expand with 40 pastors joining the project, and this multiplication will continue over the next decade. This strategic plan ensures a steady & sustainable growth in our mission to bring the message of hope and faith to communities across our region. We are excited about the opportunities ahead and grateful for the dedication and support of everyone involved in this endeavor.

CHURCH BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
In recent times, there has been significant progress in the construction of churches, thanks to the partnership between Kingdom Building India (KBI) and other organizations. The standard church size, with dimensions of 20x40 feet, is estimated to cost 5,50,000/- Indian Rupees (INR). As of the current exchange rate, this translates to approximately 6,607 US Dollars (USD). It is important to note that in the upcoming financial budget, there may be an expected increase of 10% in the construction cost. Despite the progress made, there are still numerous requests for church construction. It is important to consider the increasing day-to-day costs and the potential budget increase when planning for future church projects. In conclusion, the partnership between KBI and others has led to the construction of several churches, with more in the pipeline.

COMPASSION MINISTRY
With a strong sense of responsibility to uplift society, we have identified several areas of need within our Ministry, including support for orphans, street children, rag pickers, old age homes, and prisons. Currently, the Church is actively working in slums, old age homes, and prisons within the city as an initial step to demonstrate God’s love to the underprivileged.
1. Shalom Home
Sion Fellowship Ministries have three Shalom Home institutions, one in Jedcharla Mahabubnagar District, Armor, Nizamabad District of Telangana State and another in Uppada, East Godavari District of Andhra Pradesh. We are looking for the Orphan / Semi Orphan children and widows who deserve a home, especially who were affected by the COVID- 19 Pandemic.
We have planned to construct these homes in 3 more places which are Ponur, Macherla in Guntur District and Ongole in Prakasam District of Andhra Pradesh.
We have a requirement of the following items for all the institutions to function.
Sleeping Cots - Single or Bunker.
Beds with bed sheets, blankets, pillows, wardrobes and study tables.
Cooking stove and utensils.
Clothing and educational books.
Sports and recreational items etc.
The construction plan for these homes consists of two large bed rooms, one for the children and another for the widows, Kitchen, Hall with artificial division for study and dining. Also additional warden room if necessary. The cost for the one Shalom Home is approximately 11,00,000 to 13,00,000 Indian Rupees (about $15,000 - $18,000) excluding the above mentioned items. These homes would shelter and bless about Sixty Children (ten in home) and thirty widows(five in each home) totaling around 90 individuals. In Chittoor the home is under construction due to some reason it is delayed, hoping to complete as early as possible.

2. WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
That’s an impressive initiative for women empower- ment started in Parvathipuram of Srikakulam district, this project under the guidance of Rev. Mohan Babu and Sunil Kumar Seshadry seems to have made significant progress. Under the guidance of Mr. Madhava Rao, a local pastor, the project has successfully completed nine batches. Approximately 150 students have become self-reliant, either by running their own shops or taking orders from home. Their positive impact is felt within the community and their families. At present the 10 batches are in progress, with around 15 students . The demand for a new branch in remote tribal areas reflects the success and potential for expansion. At Sion Fellow ship, we have a heartfelt desire to extend our helping hand. Despite limited resources, we aspire to expand our reach. We invite like-minded sponsors to join us in this mission, enabling us to broaden our impact and touch more lives.
3. SAFE DRINKING WATER
We at Sion fellowship with the help of partners were able to provide bore wells/tube wells to a few villages, blessing each village with the population of 200 to 500, all the beneficiaries are so happy and thanked the sponsors for the generosity in providing the safe drinking water.
We also set up a water distribution method where the drilling machine was not able to go. The water is from the orifice which is collected in a tank and with the help of a motor the water is lifted to nearby tanks at hamlets.
